We put much emphasis on the traceability of our processes. Our documentation system was formed accordingly. The reports, forms and logs generated during the service activity provides information to our work managers on the events happened at the given work site. After the analysis, assessments of the reports the necessary measures are taken.
Our quality management system is continuously developed by management reviews, internal audits and the reviews conducted by quality management auditors.
