Our company is a founding member of LEO (National Association of Facility Management, Building Operation and Maintenance Service Providers), an association aiming to establish technical standards and transparency on the FM market and significantly improve the operation of the entire sector.

As a change initiator member of the Business Council for Sustainable Development in Hungary (BCSDH) we joined Action 2020 programme, as our company is dedicated to influencing negative social and environmental processes in a positive way. Action 2020 is an action platform where companies can share their business solutions to environmental and social challenges in order to ensure efficient and effective responses to domestic sustainability and business challenges.

Our company is a founding member of HFMS (Hungarian Facility Management Society) and of MATISZ (Hungarian Cleaning Technology Association) and participated in the Hungarian naturalisation of the European quality control standard, defining the quality measurement system of cleaning services too.

Our company is also a member of International Facility Management Association (IFMA), which is centred in Houston. Through this membership, we can join the circulation of international facility management, learn about the latest principles and implement them in our everyday work.

Our company is a member of HUFMA Hungarian Facility Management Association, and is an active participant in the development of the Hungarian facility management standard system.
The Future FM as integrated service provider is the member of Euroliance from 2008.

The Business Superbrands 2015 title was awarded as a result of our efforts made in the associations of facility management. The jury made up of independent professionals awarded our company with title of the best business brand by taking into consideration, among others, the recommendations of technical associations. Titles and Insurance

Future FM Facility Management Zrt. is a “NATO Delivery Compliant” company under TEÁOR'25: 56.22: Contracted catering and other food service activities; 80.09: Security activities not elsewhere classified; 81.10: Facility management; 81.22: Other facility and industrial cleaning, 81.30: Green area management, 82.10: Administrative and business support services.

According to the certificate, we are eligible to participate in tenders issued by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and its member states.

For the reasons stated above, the issuance of a new “NATO Delivery Compliant” certificate is warranted pursuant to Section 23 § (2) of the Government Decree.

The Future FM Zrt. D&B certificate confirms that our company has lower risk rating for many years than the average D&B Rating and we have no negative proceedings against our company at present.
